SHIPPING INFORMATION
Hawaiian Wedding Place offers FREE Shipping on all USA and Military orders over $25 via Standard Mail. And FREE International Shipping on orders over $450. Rush orders are available via Expedited shipping and can be selected at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped immediately from Honolulu, Hawaii. Other shipping fees are based on the quantity of the order and the weight of the package. Expedited shipping is only available to physical addresses and not PO Boxes. Estimate your shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.
All international orders CUSTOM DUTIES and FEES are the RESPONSIBILITY of the RECEIVER of the order. Please check with your country's post office about these fees.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges have a 30 day period from receiving your order. Please complete the return/exchange form on the back of your packing slip and send it with your item(s). All returns or exchanges must be unworn; unwashed and in the same condition you receive them and with all the original tags and packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds are credited back to the same method of payment less a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges DO NOT get charged restocking fee.

Holiday Return and Exchange Policy
Items sold and shipped between November 1 and December 25, may be returned or exchanged until January 2, subject to our other returns restrictions. Special orders and shipping charges are NOT refundable. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service so we can assist you immediately.
Wholesale, bulk orders, discounted items, special orders, fabric orders, made-to-order items, customized requests, and clearance items are not returnable.
