    Short Halter dress

    Very pretty color. Nice on top (bustline) however the back of the bustline/upper back is strange and puffs out instead of laying flat against my upper back. Odd. The fabric has no stretch at all. That may be the issue with the upper back. The flared bottom is nice and hides full hips and a tummy. Way too expensive to mail this back from NJ to Hawaii. PLUS they charge a 15% restocking fee, so I have to keep it. I will hem it about 2.5 inches (I am short). I really don't like the way the upper back/ upper waist puffs out behind me.
