We ship to anywhere within United States. All shipments originate from Honolulu, Hawaii.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method and the shipment destination. We ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please provide a complete physical street address when selecting to ship with FedEx or UPS. These carriers will NOT accept PO Boxes. We ship Monday through Friday only (holidays excluded).

Note: FedEx and UPS Overnight delivery will take 1 Day to the West Coast and 2 Days to the East Coast of the United States. FedEx and UPS will deliver Monday through Friday only. Deliveries to remote areas including Alaska and Puerto Rico may take longer than 2 or 3 Days depending on destination zip code.

All shipments originate from Honolulu, Hawaii. Available items generally will ship within 3-5 business days. Hawaiian Wedding Place use only FedEx or UPS for international orders. US military – APO-AP shipping is considered domestic and can only shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Alaska and Puerto Rico may be shipped via USPS priority Mail if requested. We will keep you informed of any delays.

We ship via USPS-Priority Mail International, FedEx or UPS. US military – APO-AP shipping is considered domestic and can ONLY be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Hawaiian Wedding Place is not responsible for any and all applicable duties and taxes assessed by the country where the package is being shipped to. This is solely the responsibility of the customer receiving the package. Payment for orders must be made in U.S. dollars and can be paid through a credit card or Pay Pal.

For your security, we require the name and the phone number of your credit card issuing bank. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery from day of shipping.

Note: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer delivery time.

Hawaiian Wedding Place and the carriers we use are not responsible as follows:

• All item(s) purchase from Hawaiian Wedding Place delivered to the wrong address(s) supplied by the sender.
• Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
• Delay due to a wrong delivery address supplied by the sender, and/or a rerouting request by the sender.
• Address Correction: Hawaiian Wedding Place charges FedEx/USP address correction for US orders $10.00 to the sender if the sender provided incorrect shipping address after the package has being shipped or the sender make changes directly with FedEx or UPS. Additional charges may apply to international orders.
• Delivery Acceptance: Sender is responsible to pay for all shipping charges if recipient refuses to accept delivery from any of our carriers with out notifying in writing to Hawaiian Wedding Place of need to cancel the order prior to shipping.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand may cause to be out of stock on certain items. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail or phone. Your credit card will be credited for out of stock items after your order is shipped.

Disclaimer: Hawaiian Wedding Place in conjunction with FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail will deliver you package(s) as requested However, we CAN NOT guarantee the time of delivery. Any of the carriers we use DO NOT call to customers before delivering. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy, oversized, wholesale or bulk orders. Shipping charges for products other than Hawaiian Clothing may incur additional costs based on weight and quantities

A refund of any shipping and handling charges is not available unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.

Credit Card Refunds: Once your return is processed, we will issue a credit within 5 business days of receipt of your return. The credit will be applied to the same type of payment made at time of purchase.
